How We Work

A clear process, with quality built into every stage

How an order runs from your first requirement to delivery, where quality is checked along the way, and who does the work.

The Process

Five stages, with the checks where a fault is still cheap to fix

  1. 01

    Requirement analysis

Understanding the specification, the quantity and the expectations behind them: construction, composition, measurements, colors, quantity and the date you need it. A date that cannot be met is not a date we give.

A price and a delivery date we can hold

  2. 02

    Development and sourcing

Selecting the materials and the production partners suited to the work. Materials are booked for the whole order, from one lot wherever the quantity allows. Samples and lab dips are submitted against your standard and revised until they are signed off.

    Approved sample, materials secured

  3. 03

    Production management

Monitoring progress and coordinating each stage. Work is checked between stages, before the next one builds on a fault. If a date is at risk, you hear it from us while there is still room to plan.

The order on plan, and you know where it stands

  4. 04

    Quality inspection

Checking the goods against your requirements before release: shade against the approved standard, 4-point inspection, and the measurements and tests your buyer works to. What fails the specification does not go out.

An inspection report with the goods

  5. 05

    Delivery

Ensuring a clean completion. Deliveries arrive with roll-wise details, so your cutting section can plan without opening every roll. Transport is arranged by us.

Quality

Quality is created through the whole process, not inspected in at the end

Each stage has its own check, from the first material to the packed goods.

01

Materials

The right count, blend and lot, checked before processing begins.

02

Construction

Built to the specification and checked before any dyeing or printing.

03

Color

Bulk matched to the approved standard, never to a verbal approval.

04

Finishing

Measurements, shrinkage and spirality set to specification, not left to chance.

05

Packing

Packed and marked so the goods arrive as they left, ready for cutting.

What usually goes wrong, and how we prevent it

Ask any merchandiser in Dhaka and you hear the same answers. Each one is prevented by a decision, not by luck.

01Shade variation between batchesThe fault a buyer discounts against first.

The lot is kept in one batch wherever quantity allows, and checked against the approved standard before release. A reorder is matched back to the original approval, not re-matched by eye.

02Shrinkage and spirality failing after washFound when the garment comes out of the wash, after cutting.

Both are set at finishing and recorded at inspection, not discovered when the lot is already cut.

03Measurements off specificationA short dia or a light GSM changes your consumption and your cost.

Measurements are checked before processing and again after finishing, so your margin is not what absorbs the difference.

04Approvals that drag onEvery week lost on a sample comes off production time.

Submissions go out quickly and revisions are turned around rather than queued, so the time comes off the approval, never off your shipment date.
